Spalding Samaritans takes applications utility assistance on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month beginning at 12:30 and until 2:00 p.m.
Location: Hope Health Clinic Community Room- enter on the West Slaton Avenue side. The Community Room door is next to the Five Loaves Two Fish Food Pantry doors.
This ministry aims to provide limited help to persons and families who are undergoing short-term, addressable crises.
You need to provide:
photo identification, proof of need (e.g. electric, gas or water bill), social security numbers of all family members living at your home, phone number where you can be reached.
We are unable to assist with rent.
