Ready to Rent

The Ready to Rent course covers how to create a budget, how to identify where you are financially, how and why to begin saving , and more.  You will work closely with housing specialists and peers to overcome barriers to rental housing, learn your responsibilities as a tenant, learn your landlord’s responsibilities, and about tenant law.  You will also learn how to take real steps toward repairing credit and establishing a real budget.
