Members of the Spalding Collaborative’s Youth Advisory Council attended this year’s Georgia Teen Institute the week of June 12-16. While there they attended workshops on Alcohol, Drug, and Substance Abuse Prevention, Team Building, Self-Esteem Building, and Community Engagement. Each year, while at GTI, the youth must complete a prevention project which they will implement in their community during Red Ribbon Week, in October.
