The Griffin Housing Authority and the Spalding County Collaborative Authority for Families and Children will be hosting the next “Ready to Rent” class on April 18, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Griffin Housing Authority, located at 327 S. 9th St., Griffin, GA 30224.
Learn about the responsibilities of a landlord and a tenant, about the Landlord Tenant Law, how to take real steps towards repairing credit and establishing a realistic budget. Understand the application process and learn how to communicate effectively with your landlord.
Participants will receive a Ready to Rent Certificate of Completion.
